Register LLP With Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia ("SSM ") 

LLPA 2012 was effective on 26th December 2012.

 

Incorporation

Registration of a LLP with SSM is simple and registration fee is only RM500.

 

However, there will be an annual declaration fees.

Conversion

You may choose to convert your exiting conventional partnership or company to LLP. There are rules and requirements for the conversion.

Compliance Officer

 

The responsibilities of the Compliance Officer is heavy and personally liable to the LLP for any non-compliance.

 

(1) Need to submit declaration within 90 days after the financial year end.

(2)  Register any changes in registered particulars of the LLP

(3) Keep registers and records of the LLP
