We are a group of Accountants with many years of practical commercial and business operation experience.
Our previous employers include international accounting firms, listed companies, large corporation and SME.
We would like to assist SMEs to grow their business, cost saving and less compliance requirment.
WHAT IS LLP?
LLP is an separate legal entity by itself. It is a hybrid between conventional partnership and company.
The partners are given limited liability and at the same time its partners are not govern by the rigid companies Act 2016.
This gives flexibility and low compliance cost for the operation.

Pros
- No audit required, (saving approximately RM2,000-5,000 per annum)
- No need to submit financial statements using SSM's new MBRS system (saving approximately RM500-RM1,500 per annum)
- No Company Secretary is required (saving approximately RM1,200-2,000 per annum)
Cons
- Good accounting records still required to be prepared on time
- No Company secretary to take care of compliance matters
